Firewood Collection Information

To help avoid disappointment, please read the following before collecting firewood.

Weekdays (Monday–Friday)

Customers are required to hand load their own trailers or utes.
We do not load firewood with our loader during the week.
Our loader is dedicated to our primary business of sawmilling hardwood timber, and the firewood we sell is simply produced from our offcuts and excess timber.

Saturdays

Loader assistance may be available on some Saturdays, depending on staff availability.
If you are hoping to have your trailer loaded with the loader, please call us before you come to confirm whether it will be available that day.

Trailer Requirements

We can only loader-fill trailers or utes with suitable sides.
Unfortunately, we cannot load flat tray utes or trailers without sides using the loader.
